Instructions for making hot chocolate mug cakesKit includes enough to make 4 hot cocoa cakes. 4 mug cake mixes, white buttercream, snowflake sprinkle mix, mini chocolate chips, marshmallow bits, coconut oil, wooden spoon, limited-edition affirmation mug that says "You're a Gem".

Instructions:

Melt coconut oil in microwave for about 15 seconds. Using your finger or a paper towel, dip it in the coconut oil and lightly coat the inside of your mug. Save the rest of the oil. Pour 1 packet of cake mix into the mug.

Add 1 tablespoon of coconut oil and 3 tablespoons of water into the mug. Mix ingredients thoroughly with a fork until smooth. (If you don’t have a measuring spoon, use the small plastic container the chocolate chips came in. 1 container=2 tablespoons.) Stir in chocolate chips or sprinkle them on top.

Place mug in microwave and cook for 70-90 seconds until cake is just set (because microwaves are different, the cook time will differ.) Start with 70 seconds, wait 1 minute then see if it is set. Add an additional 15 seconds if needed. The trick is to stop cooking the mug cake earlier than you think, because the cake will continue to cook as it cools.

Allow the mug cake to cool at least 10 minutes before icing with the buttercream. Decorate with marshmallow bits and snowflake sprinkles. Repeat with the other cakes and enjoy!Hot chocolate mug cakes in just 70 seconds
